Grand Audio

When you want it done right trust Grand Audio to get it done. I needed a full factory upgrade. I purchased online (4) 6.5" Pioneer door speakers, a pair of Rockford tweeters, a JL400/4 amp, a Kicker L7 dual 12" sub box, a Kicker 1200 watt mono channel amp and the AudioControl LC7I Pro Line output converter. And (2) Kicker 4 gauge amp wiring kits. They installed and mounted the 2 amps and converter very neatly to the back seat. All controls are easily accessible by simply folding the back seats down. They used shorter RCA's and power/ground wire and saved me a whole amp install kit that was not neccesary. I love honesty that saves customers money. Everything sounds clear and loud. The sub box slams and the amp level is all the way down. Break in period says 2 weeks for the subs but they already sound great and hit hard. Very Very clean install. When u open the trunk u see a sub box but no amps, no wires. I Love It. Thanks Kimberly & Grand Audio.

Worst customer service. If you open at 10:30 common courtesy is to be ready to open by that time. I guess time is not money for these folks. The “guy” was more worried about turning the music on and answering the phone than truly helping us. Being rude won’t get you very far.

Grand Audio delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. The entire team—Kim, Brandon, and Alfonso—operates at a level of professionalism and expertise that is hard to find in this industry. Alfonso, the installer, is truly elite at his craft. His attention to detail, precision, and overall execution set a standard that other shops simply do not meet. Hands down, one of the best installers around—no question. After previously having a very negative experience with another shop that cost me $7,400, I came into Grand Audio expecting to be cautious. Instead, Kim completely turned that around. He made sure I was taken care of properly, guided me through the process, and ultimately restored my confidence in this type of work. That level of integrity and customer care matters. Another major advantage—they actually have quality merchandise in stock. While other shops make you wait and order parts, Grand Audio is ready to deliver immediately, which shows strong operational efficiency and commitment to customer satisfaction. I can confidently say I left genuinely satisfied, which is not something I say lightly. This is a shop that stands behind its work, values its customer

Words can't express how grateful and happy I am with this system. So many shops turned me away because I wanted this Pioneer AVIC-W8600NEX installed in my RV. I took a chance and called Grand Audio, I spoke to a young man whom was very nice and he told me to just bring my RV in and they'll help me. Kimberly greeted me, she's very helpful, she introduced me to Alfonso, this man is AMAZING!!!!! True to life hero! Him and his son got everything taken care of in a short timeframe (especially since it was last minute). I would also like to say he fixed an issue with my rear camera system and I will forever be grateful. Thank you Alfonso, I truly appreciate your help VERY much. I would definitely return to Grand Audio and recommend them to my friends and family.
